We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 10 working days from the order date for customers within the UK, and within up to 20 working days for international orders.

If you have ordered any bespoke artwork or commissioned pieces, delivery timeframes will vary and will be discussed with you directly at the time of enquiry.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

We currently offer international delivery to selected countries within Europe and North America. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Jenna Elsby Studio is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Jenna Elsby Studio cannot be held responsible for parcels that are left unattended, stolen, or delivered to a nominated safe place once tracking information confirms successful delivery.

If a delivery attempt is missed and the customer fails to arrange re-delivery or collection, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs required for re-shipment.

In the case of an incorrect delivery address being provided by the customer, and where the parcel has already been dispatched and delivered to that address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the parcel.

We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or delivery at any time and shall not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.
